Adopting a water-based formula, its VOC content is less than 10g/L, far lower than the industry standard, without irritating odor, environmentally friendly and safe. Tools can be directly cleaned with water without using organic solvents. It has a bonding strength of over 0.8MPa, compatible with a variety of substrates including ceramic, wood, cloth, plastic, etc. After curing, it has excellent flexibility, can withstand a certain deformation, and is not easy to crack. It is single-component and easy to construct, directly used without mixing, with fast drying speed, surface dry in 2 hours at room temperature.
Each bottle has a volume of 1L, with a solid content of 65%, pH value of 7-8, neutral and non-corrosive. The applicable construction temperature range is 5℃ to 35℃, the surface dry time is about 2 hours after construction, and it takes 8 hours to fully cure. After curing, the tensile strength is ≥0.8MPa, and the elongation at break is ≥150%, which can withstand slight impact and deformation, no yellowing, and no bonding failure after long-term use.
