This silica sol has core competitive advantages including environmental friendliness, high bonding strength, fast low-temperature curing, and minimal harmful residue. Key technical parameters include SiO2 content of 30±0.5 wt%, particle size ranging from 10 to 20 nm, viscosity of 5-15 mPa·s, pH value between 9.0 and 10.5, density of 1.21-1.23 g/cm³, shelf life of 12 months, and appearance as milky white transparent liquid. The bonding strength reaches more than 1.8 MPa, the freezing point is lower than -5℃, and the heavy metal content complies with ASTM E1600 standard, ensuring that it meets the environmental protection and quality requirements of foundry production. It is a water-based product with no organic solvent addition, conforming to modern green production standards.
