Adopting UV curing formula, this glue can quickly surface dry in 15 minutes under ultraviolet irradiation and reach full strength after 24 hours, with a light transmittance of 92%, so that the repaired part is almost invisible, effectively retaining the original appearance of ceramic products. With a bonding strength of over 1.0MPa, it ensures firm and non-falling off repaired parts. Its low VOC content of less than 30g/L meets environmental protection standards, and it is compatible with a variety of substrates including ceramic, glass, crystal and metal. It is easy to construct, just apply and irradiate with UV lamp for curing, without waiting for a long curing time.
Each piece has a volume of 50ml, suitable for UV wavelengths of 365nm-405nm. After curing, the tensile strength is ≥0.7MPa, and the elongation at break is ≥200%. The applicable temperature range is -30℃ to 80℃, which can withstand daily use environments without yellowing, and the transparency will not decrease after long-term use. The package is a sealed hose to prevent the glue from curing in advance.
