Adopting a two-component epoxy ceramic composite formula, this adhesive can withstand a maximum high temperature of 1500℃, with a bonding strength of over 2.5MPa to ensure firm bonding and no falling off of bonded parts. It has excellent acid, alkali and oil corrosion resistance, and can be used for a long time in harsh industrial environments. The mixing ratio is accurately 1:1, which is easy to construct. After curing, it has excellent insulation performance, suitable for bonding and repairing electrical ceramic components, and has no irritating odor, meeting industrial safety standards.

Each set has a total weight of 100g, with 50g of component A and 50g of component B respectively. The operable time after mixing is about 30 minutes, and it can reach the maximum strength after curing at room temperature for 12 hours, or shorten the curing time to 2 hours by heating to 100℃. After curing, the density is about 2.3g/cm³, the hardness reaches Shore D 60, and it can withstand long-term high-temperature cycles without cracking or falling off, meeting the usage requirements of industrial high-temperature scenarios.
It is mainly used in heavy industry scenarios, including bonding and repairing refractory ceramic bricks for industrial kilns, repairing broken ceramic knives, fixing ceramic industrial components, bonding ceramic linings of high-temperature pipelines, as well as maintenance of high-temperature equipment in metallurgy and building materials industries. It is an ideal bonding material for high-temperature industrial scenarios.
