Our FDM 3D printing mold release agent is optimized specifically for FDM printing scenarios, with a formula tailored for PLA, ABS, and PETG filaments. It forms an ultra-thin, long-lasting non-stick coating that reduces part warping by over 90% compared to uncoated print beds. It requires minimal application, leaves no visible residue on finished printed parts, and eliminates the need for additional post-print cleaning of parts. It will not damage common 3D printer hot bed materials including glass, PEI, aluminum alloy, and steel. It dries quickly in 15-30 seconds, allowing users to start printing immediately after spraying, solving the common pain points of 3D printing such as part adhesion, bed scratching, and low printing success rates.

This mold release agent has a solid content of 12±1%, with a pH range of 7.0-8.0. It can be used in temperature ranges from -10°C to 120°C. It is available in 100 Milliliters per spray bottle, with 24 bottles per case. The recommended spraying distance is 20-25 Centimeters, with a drying time of 15-30 seconds after application. The coating thickness is less than 0.05 Millimeters, and it is compatible with glass, PEI, aluminum alloy, and steel print beds. It complies with RoHS environmental protection standards, has no irritating odor, and is safe for indoor use.
This FDM 3D printing mold release agent is suitable for professional 3D printing studios, desktop 3D printer users, industrial-grade 3D printed part production, educational institution 3D printing courses, and DIY hobbyists printing models and mechanical parts. It effectively solves the common problems of 3D printing such as printed parts adhering to the hot bed, warping during printing, and difficult part removal, while extending the service life of the 3D printer hot bed and reducing maintenance costs for printing equipment.
