The product uses non-transgenic vegetable oil compounded with food-grade emulsifiers, avoiding the residual problems of traditional silicone mold release agents, which can directly contact food. The spray design is easy to use, covering evenly without dead corners. It can withstand high temperatures up to 230°C, adapting to the high-temperature environment of ovens. Meanwhile, the water-soluble formula is convenient for cleaning residual stains after mold use, without odor and pigment addition, meeting food safety production standards, solving the pain points of traditional release agents affecting food flavor and safety due to residues.

The packaging specification is 16 Fluid Ounces aerosol can. The active ingredient content is ≥95%. The adhesion strength test reaches ≥92% (tested by ASTM D3359 standard). The applicable temperature range is 10°C to 230°C. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 24 months. The pH value is 6.5-7.5, with zero VOC emission and biodegradable. The specific gravity is 0.92-0.98 g/cm³, and the flash point is >90°C.
It is suitable for home baking, commercial bakeries, candy manufacturing, chocolate molds, cupcake baking trays, pizza pans and other scenarios. It can be used for all kinds of metal, silicone and non-stick coated molds, and can be sprayed without preheating the mold in advance. It can also be used for anti-sticking treatment of food-contact packaging materials, improving the production efficiency and finished product quality of food processing enterprises.
