It forms an ultra-thin, long-lasting non-stick coating that leaves no visible residue on epoxy resin products, eliminating the need for additional post-print cleaning of finished parts. It will not damage fiberglass, aluminum alloy, and steel mold surfaces, and can withstand temperatures up to 150°C, making it suitable for the high-temperature environment of epoxy resin curing. It is easy to spray and apply, with fast drying time, making it suitable for both batch production and handmade crafting scenarios, solving the common pain points of epoxy resin casting such as part adhesion, difficult mold cleaning, and mold damage.

This mold release agent has a solid content of 10±1%, with a flash point of over 90°C. It can be used in temperature ranges from -5°C to 150°C. It is available in 8 Fluid Ounces per spray can, with 20 cans per case. The recommended spraying distance is 20-25 Centimeters, with a drying time of 30-45 seconds after application. The coating thickness is less than 0.08 Millimeters, and it is compatible with fiberglass, aluminum alloy, and steel molds. It complies with ASTM D4233 art material safety standards and RoHS environmental protection standards, with no irritating odor.
