Post RFQ
It solves the pain points of traditional oil-based release agents such as food contamination and difficult cleaning. It adopts a solvent-free water-based formula, which does not contain harmful components such as PFOA and PFOS, and passes FDA food contact safety certification. Its unique low surface tension formula can uniformly attach to the mold surface to form an extremely thin protective film, leaving no odd odor or stains on the food surface. It can withstand high temperatures up to 230°C, adapting to scenarios such as high-temperature baking and candy pouring, and no additional polishing is required after spraying, greatly improving production efficiency.

Each can has a net content of 3.785L (1 gallon), with a pH value of 6.5-7.5, VOC content <50g/L, flash point >93°C, heat-resistant temperature range of 20-230°C. Packaging specifications include 1 gallon/can and 5 gallon/barrel, with a shelf life of 24 months. It should be stored at -10°C to 50°C, non-corrosive, and will not damage the mold surfaces of stainless steel, Teflon and other materials.
It is mainly applicable to demolding of home baking molds, toast molds and cake baking trays in commercial bakeries, candy pouring molds and chocolate forming molds, plastic blister molds for food packaging, and infant complementary food molds.
