It optimizes the formula for the sticking pain points of 3D printing, solving the problems of traditional release agents causing stains on 3D printed parts and affecting the appearance quality. It adopts a special nanocomposite formula, which can form a uniform protective layer on the printing platform surface, effectively separating the printed parts from the platform, avoiding problems such as warping and falling off of parts, and improving the printing success rate. At the same time, the formula will not leave substances that affect coating on the parts surface, and can directly carry out subsequent painting, grinding and assembly processes. The low-odor formula improves the printing workshop environment, and it is non-toxic and harmless, meeting environmental protection requirements.

The spray-type has a net content of 3.785L/can, a solid content of 12%, and a flash point of 80°C. It is compatible with various 3D printing platforms such as glass platforms, steel platforms and PEI platforms, with a shelf life of 24 months. It should be stored at 0-40°C, suitable for various 3D printing materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG and resin, and can effectively improve the success rate of various 3D printing processes such as FDM, DLP and SLA, reducing material waste caused by printing failures.
