The product uses water-based environmental protection formula,low smoke generation, meeting the workshop safety production standards. It can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C, adapting to the high-temperature environment of rubber vulcanization. The coating is uniform and has strong adhesion, and can improve the surface finish of the product. It also has anti-rust function, protecting the mold from corrosion of rubber vulcanizing agents, solving the pain points of traditional oil-based release agents with excessive residues and affecting the bonding performance of rubber products.
The packaging specification is 20 Liters drum. The active ingredient content is ≥28%. The applicable temperature range is 100°C to 300°C. The drying time is 10-15 minutes. The coverage area is 9-13 m² per liter. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months. The pH value is 7.0-8.0, the flash point is >90°C, and the specific gravity is 0.96-1.00 g/cm³.
