It has low smoke emissions and does not produce toxic irritating fumes during production, complying with OSHA industrial safety standards. The coating is long-lasting, allowing a single application to be used for multiple production cycles, reducing the amount of mold release agent used and lowering production costs. It does not leave stains on polyurethane foam products, will not affect subsequent painting or bonding performance, and is compatible with a variety of steel and aluminum mold materials, effectively reducing mold cleaning frequency and improving overall production efficiency.

This mold release agent has a solid content of 20±3%, with a flash point of over 45°C. It can be used in temperature ranges from -5°C to 180°C. It is available in 5 Gallons per drum, with 4 drums per pallet. The recommended spraying concentration is 10-15 Milliliters per square meter, with a drying time of 60-90 seconds after application. The coating thickness is less than 0.2 Millimeters, and it is compatible with steel and aluminum alloy molds. It complies with ISO 14001 environmental protection standards and does not contain heavy metal additives.
