It optimizes the formula for high-temperature die casting scenarios, solving the pain points of traditional release agents such as decomposition failure at high temperatures and generating a large amount of harmful smoke. It adopts a high-temperature resistant synthetic resin composite formula, which can form a uniform protective film on the mold surface, effectively separating the casting from the mold and avoiding scrapped castings caused by sticking. At the same time, the formula introduces corrosion-inhibiting components to reduce oxidative corrosion on the mold surface and extend the service life of the mold. The low-smoke emission meets the workshop environmental protection requirements, and it is compatible with automatic spraying equipment, adapting to large-scale die casting production lines.

It is divided into water-based and oil-based types. The water-based type has a solid content of 25%, a flash point of 110°C, and a pH value of 7.0-8.0. The oil-based type has a solid content of 30%, a flash point of 150°C. Packaging specifications include 1 gallon/can and 55 gallon/barrel, with a shelf life of 18 months. It should be stored at 5-35°C, suitable for mold temperatures of 300-850°C in die casting. It is compatible with most die casting industry lubricating additives and will not affect the subsequent coating process of castings.
It is mainly used in the production of die-casting products such as automotive aluminum alloy wheels, zinc alloy buttons, home appliance hardware stamping parts, and power tool shells. It is compatible with fully automatic die-casting production lines and manual spraying scenarios, covering the needs of small and medium-sized die-casting factories to large-scale auto parts production enterprises. It can effectively reduce the defective rate of castings, improve production efficiency, and meet the environmental emission requirements of industrial production.
