This mold release agent has a solid content of 18±2%, with a pH range of 6.5-7.5. It has a flash point of over 100°C and can be used in temperature ranges from -20°C to 260°C. It is available in 16 Fluid Ounces per aerosol can, with 12 cans per case. The recommended spraying distance is 15-20 Centimeters, with a drying time of 30-60 seconds after application. The coating thickness is less than 0.1 Millimeters, and it is compatible with all stainless steel mold surfaces. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 176.170, 178.3570 standards and EU 10/2011 food contact material regulations, ensuring full compliance with global food safety requirements.
