Our rubber tire mold release agent features a water-based environmentally friendly formula with no solvent odor, and does not produce toxic fumes during production. It can withstand high temperatures up to 220°C, making it suitable for the high-temperature environment of rubber vulcanization processes. It has high demolding efficiency, allowing complete demolding with a single application, reducing the breakage rate of rubber products during demolding. It will not corrode steel and cast iron mold surfaces, will not affect the subsequent vulcanization and coating performance of rubber products, and is easy to clean without the need for additional solvents to clean molds, reducing production maintenance costs.

This mold release agent has a solid content of 15±2%, with a pH range of 7.5-8.5. It can be used in temperature ranges from -10°C to 220°C. It is available in 1 Gallon per bottle, with 12 bottles per case. The recommended spraying distance is 15-20 Centimeters, with a drying time of 45-60 seconds after application. The coating thickness is less than 0.15 Millimeters, and it is compatible with steel, cast iron, and aluminum alloy molds. It complies with REACH environmental protection standards and does not contain phosphate substances.
This rubber mold release agent is suitable for tire manufacturing (bicycle, motorcycle, and small car tire vulcanization), rubber seal production (pipe gaskets, O-rings), industrial rubber product production (anti-slip mats, shock-absorbing pads), rubber toy production, and rubber product batch processing factories. It effectively solves the problems of rubber adhering to molds during vulcanization, product breakage during demolding, and mold corrosion, improving product qualification rates and reducing production costs for rubber product manufacturers.
