The product uses low VOC environmental protection formula, complying with EU REACH standards. The long-acting isolation layer can achieve 30-50 demolding cycles, reducing the usage amount of release agent. It is compatible with all kinds of flexible and rigid polyurethane foam production, and can be formed without additional wiping after spraying. It will not leave residual stains on the foam surface or affect the adhesion performance of the foam. It also has anti-rust function, protecting the mold from corrosion of polyurethane vulcanizing agents, solving the pain points of traditional release agents needing frequent replacement and residues affecting foam quality.
The packaging specification is 18 Liters drum. The active ingredient content is ≥35%. The applicable temperature range is 20°C to 180°C. The drying time is 10-20 minutes. The coverage area is 8-12 m² per liter. It should be stored in a cool and dark sealed place, with a shelf life of 18 months. The pH value is 7.5-8.5, the flash point is >95°C, and the specific gravity is 0.97-1.01 g/cm³.
It is suitable for polyurethane foam production factories, furniture manufacturing, auto interior production, building insulation panel production, packaging material production and other scenarios. It can be used for all kinds of steel molds, aluminum molds, FRP molds and other molds, adapting to automated spraying equipment, effectively improving the demolding efficiency and finished product rate of polyurethane foam products, reducing the production cost of mold maintenance and cleaning.
