The product uses water-based environmental protection formula, without harmful solvent emissions and low smoke generation, meeting the workshop safety production standards. It can withstand high temperatures up to 800°C, adapting to the high-temperature environment of die casting. The coating is uniform and has strong adhesion, without leaving residual stains on the casting surface, and no additional grinding is needed to obtain a smooth casting surface. It also has anti-rust function, which can protect the mold from corrosion of cooling liquid, solving the pain points of traditional oil-based release agents with excessive residues and difficult cleaning.
The packaging specification is 20 Liters drum. The active ingredient content is ≥30%. The coating thickness is 0.5-2μm (tested by ASTM D1186 standard). The applicable temperature range is 200°C to 800°C. It should be stored in a cool and dark sealed place, with a shelf life of 18 months. The pH value is 8.0-9.0, the flash point is >100°C, and the specific gravity is 0.98-1.02 g/cm³. The coverage area is 8-12 m² per liter.
