It will not affect the setting strength and surface flatness of concrete, and has weather resistance, which can be used on molds stored outdoors. It solves the pain points of traditional oil-based release agents polluting the concrete surface and being difficult to clean.
The packaging specification is 25 Liters drum. The active ingredient content is ≥25%. The drying time is 15-30 minutes (at 25°C, 50% relative humidity). The coverage area is 10-15 m² per liter. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months. The pH value is 7.0-8.0, the flash point is >90°C, and the specific gravity is 0.95-1.00 g/cm³. It is compatible with all kinds of concrete admixtures without adverse reactions.
It is suitable for precast concrete component factories, municipal engineering precast component production, residential building precast wall panel production, bridge precast component production and other scenarios.
