It optimizes the formula for the viscosity characteristics of FRP resins, solving the pain points of traditional release agents causing stains on FRP surfaces and affecting coating adhesion. It adopts a special silicone and wax composite formula, which can form a uniform protective layer on the mold surface, effectively separating the cured FRP from the mold and avoiding product damage caused by sticking. At the same time, the formula will not leave substances that affect coating on the FRP surface, and can directly carry out subsequent painting and bonding processes. The low-VOC formula meets environmental protection requirements, and it is compatible with hand lay-up and spray-up processes for FRP processing.

It is divided into spray-type and brush-type types. The spray-type has a net content of 3.785L/can, a solid content of 18%, and a flash point of 90°C. The brush-type has a solid content of 22%, and a flash point of 100°C. Packaging specifications include 1 gallon/can and 5 gallon/barrel, with a shelf life of 18 months. It should be stored at 5-35°C, suitable for mold temperatures of 20-180°C in FRP processing. It is compatible with various processing molds such as steel molds, aluminum molds and FRP molds, and complies with US FDA and EU REACH environmental protection standards.
It is mainly used in the production of FRP yachts, auto modified shells, sanitary ware, industrial storage tanks, power insulation parts and other products. It covers the scenarios from home workshops to large FRP production enterprises, effectively improving the surface quality of FRP products, reducing mold cleaning costs and improving production efficiency.
