It optimizes the formula for the viscosity characteristics of rubber, solving the pain points of traditional release agents causing stains on rubber surfaces and affecting subsequent bonding or printing. It adopts a silicone composite formula specially developed for rubber, which can form a uniform protective layer on the mold surface, effectively separating the rubber from the mold and avoiding product damage caused by sticking. At the same time, the formula will not leave substances that affect adhesion on the rubber surface, and can directly carry out subsequent printing, bonding and painting processes. The low-VOC formula meets workshop environmental protection requirements, and the odorless formula improves the production environment.

It is divided into solvent-based and water-based types. The solvent-based type has a solid content of 15%, a flash point of 85°C, and the water-based type has a solid content of 20%, a flash point of 95°C. Packaging specifications include 1 gallon/can and 20L/barrel, with a shelf life of 24 months. It should be stored at 0-40°C, suitable for various rubber processing technologies such as rubber injection molding, compression molding and transfer molding. It is compatible with various rubber processing molds such as steel molds and aluminum molds, non-toxic and harmless, and complies with EU REACH environmental protection standards.
It is mainly used in the production of rubber sealing rings, medical rubber gloves, automotive rubber shock absorbers, children's toy rubber accessories, industrial conveyor belts and other products. It covers the scenarios from small rubber processing factories to large tire production enterprises, effectively improving the qualification rate of rubber products, reducing mold cleaning costs and improving production efficiency.
