The core advantage of this product lies in its natural layered porous structure with a specific surface area of up to 800㎡/g, which can accurately adsorb a variety of common mycotoxins in feed without absorbing nutrients such as vitamins and amino acids in the feed, avoiding the loss of feed nutritional value. It is prepared by ultrafine grinding process, with uniform particle size and good dispersibility, which can be directly mixed with feed or added to the drinking water system, adapting to the existing feed processing flow. In addition, the product has passed high-temperature stability tests, can withstand 120℃ high temperature during feed granulation, without worrying about the decline of adsorption performance during processing. It is non-toxic and non-irritating, will not damage the digestive tract of livestock and poultry, and conforms to the industry standards of green breeding.

Detailed parameters: effective montmorillonite content ≥90%, aflatoxin B1 adsorption rate ≥95%, zearalenone adsorption rate ≥92%, ochratoxin adsorption rate ≥88%; moisture content ≤8%, pH value 7.0-8.5, 200 mesh pass rate ≥98%; the packaging uses moisture-proof kraft paper bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag, and can be customized into 1kg, 5kg small packages according to customer needs; the product density is about 1.2g/cm³, bulk density is about 0.6g/cm³, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
It is mainly applicable to large-scale livestock and poultry farms (pig farms, chicken farms, cattle farms), small and medium-sized feed processing plants, aquaculture bases and other scenarios. It can be added to compound feed, concentrated feed, premixed feed, or directly mixed into drinking water. Aiming at the mold contamination problem of corn, wheat and other grain raw materials, it can be added during raw material storage, effectively reducing the toxin content in raw materials, ensuring the healthy growth of breeding animals, and is especially suitable for dealing with the high-incidence feed mold problem in high temperature and high humidity environment in summer and autumn.
