Traditional glaze formulas usually require high firing temperatures, leading to high energy consumption and easy glaze surface cracking. This product introduces high-activity calcium-silicon components, which can act as a flux in the glaze melting process, effectively reducing the firing temperature by ≥80℃. Its appropriate particle size distribution can improve the suspension of glaze slurry, avoid particle sedimentation, and improve the uniformity and gloss of the glaze surface, solving the industry pain points of high energy consumption and low yield of traditional glaze formulas, helping ceramic enterprises achieve energy conservation, emission reduction and quality upgrading.

The chemical composition is SiO2 ≥50%, CaO ≥45%, whiteness ≥88%, particle size D90 ≤0.020 Millimeters, alkali metal content ≤0.5%, moisture content ≤0.3%, no flocculation in glaze slurry, can reduce the glaze firing temperature by ≥80℃, improve the glaze gloss by ≥5%, and reduce the glaze cracking rate by ≥12%. The product is packaged in 25kg paper bags or 1-ton ton bags, adapting to various ceramic glaze production formulas.
It is mainly used in the glaze production of architectural exterior wall tiles, interior floor tiles, sanitary ceramic wares, daily ceramic tableware and other products. It can be used as a flux filler to replace part of feldspar and calcite materials, reducing the firing temperature of glaze, reducing natural gas or power consumption, while improving the flatness, gloss and stain resistance of ceramic products, adapting to the process needs of various ceramic manufacturers at home and abroad.
