Adopting carefully selected natural wollastonite ore through fine purification and graded grinding processes, this product has higher whiteness and more stable oil absorption than ordinary wollastonite powder. Adding it to the coating formula will not cause system flocculation, which can significantly improve the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the coating, while reducing the use of titanium dioxide by 15%-20%, balancing performance and cost advantages. It complies with EU REACH environmental protection standards and is suitable for water-based, oil-based and other coating systems.
The particle size distribution covers 325 mesh to 1250 mesh, the whiteness is no less than 92%, the purity is ≥98.5%, the oil absorption is 22-28g/100g, the moisture content is ≤0.2%, the loss on ignition is ≤0.5%, the pH value is maintained in the neutral and slightly alkaline range of 8.5-9.5, and the heavy metal content is strictly controlled within 10ppm. It is packaged in 25kg food-grade kraft paper bags, and packaging specifications can be customized according to customer needs.
It is mainly used in architectural exterior wall latex paint, interior home decoration paint, powder coating, industrial anti-corrosion coating and other scenarios, adapting to the full-category formula needs of coating manufacturers. It can be used as a functional filler to replace part of light calcium carbonate and talcum powder, improving the gloss retention and anti-chalking performance of the coating, especially suitable for outdoor coating projects with high weather resistance requirements.
