Adopting high-quality natural wollastonite ore, this product has stable chemical properties and low iron content, which will not affect the whiteness of ceramic products. It can reduce the sintering temperature of ceramic blanks by 50-80℃, shortening the production cycle and reducing energy consumption. The added wollastonite powder can form a uniform crystal phase in the ceramic matrix, improving the wear resistance and compressive strength of ceramic products by more than 15%.
The particle size is 200-325 mesh, the purity is ≥96%, the Mohs hardness is 4.5-5.0, the linear expansion coefficient is 6.5×10^-6/℃, the moisture content is ≤0.3%, the pH value is 8.0-9.0, the heavy metal content is ≤15ppm, and it is packed in 50kg woven bags for convenient transportation and storage.
It is mainly used in the production of floor tiles, wall tiles, sanitary ware, ceramic tableware and other ceramic products. It can be used as a functional filler to replace part of the feldspar and quartz powder, reducing the production cost of ceramic products while improving the quality of ceramic products, especially suitable for large-scale ceramic production lines.
