Detailed parameters include SiO2 content of 51.0±0.5%, CaO content of 46.0±0.5%, average particle size of 1200 mesh (about 10μm), moisture content ≤0.15%, pH value of 9.0-10.0, surface modifier of silane coupling agent KH570, ignition loss ≤0.2%, acicular aspect ratio of 8:1, bulk density of 0.65 g/cm³, heavy metal content meets FDA food contact standards for food packaging coating scenarios, packaged in 25kg standard paper bags, and custom packaging specifications are available according to customer needs.
It is mainly applied to architectural exterior wall latex paint, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, wood furniture coatings, automotive original primer and other scenarios. It can be used as a functional filler and extender to improve the scratch resistance, UV aging resistance of coatings, while improving coating leveling and anti-settling properties. It adapts to most mainstream coating resin systems, including acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy resin and other systems, helping coating manufacturers reduce production costs and improve product quality.
