This ceramic-grade wollastonite powder uses high-grade wollastonite ore, strictly controls the content of iron and other heavy metal impurities, and the ultrafine crushing process ensures uniform particle size distribution. It can effectively reduce the amount of feldspar in ceramic formulas, shorten the sintering cycle and improve production efficiency. Its acicular crystal structure forms a reinforcing skeleton in the ceramic green body, solving the pain point of ordinary fillers increasing the brittleness of ceramic products. It improves the flatness and gloss of the glaze surface, meets the heavy metal emission requirements for food-grade ceramic production, and adapts to a variety of ceramic categories including daily porcelain, architectural ceramics and electronic insulating ceramics.

Detailed parameters include SiO2 content of 51.5±0.3%, CaO content of 45.5±0.3%, Fe2O3 content ≤0.02%, whiteness of 95±1%, average particle size of 2000 mesh, D90 particle size ≤5μm, moisture content ≤0.1%, pH value of 9.0-9.5, ignition loss ≤0.1%, bulk density of 0.72 g/cm³, packaged in food-grade composite paper bags with a single bag net weight of 20kg, and custom packaging specifications are available according to customer needs.
It is mainly applied to daily ceramic tableware, architectural ceramic wall and floor tiles, electronic insulating ceramics, industrial wear-resistant ceramics and other scenarios. It can be used as a functional filler and flux in ceramic green bodies, reducing the firing temperature by 100-150℃, reducing energy consumption, improving the bending strength and thermal stability of ceramic products, while improving glaze quality and reducing scrap rate. It adapts to most ceramic production formula systems, helping ceramic enterprises improve production efficiency and product quality.
