Traditional welding electrode coating raw materials usually use titanium dioxide and marble powder, which have problems such as poor arc stability, poor weld forming and more spatter. This product adjusts the chemical composition accurately, which can form appropriate slag viscosity at welding high temperature, stabilize arc combustion, reduce welding spatter by ≥15%. Its ultra-fine particle size can be evenly dispersed in the coating, improving the flatness and appearance quality of the weld bead. No harmful gas emissions meet the standards of environmental protection welding materials, solving the industry pain points of unstable welding quality and high environmental pollution caused by traditional welding coating materials.

The chemical composition is SiO2 48-52%, CaO 43-47%, median particle size D50 ≤0.008 Millimeters, moisture content ≤0.1%, arc stability ≥95%, slag removal rate ≥92%, can reduce welding spatter by ≥15%, suitable for carbon steel welding electrodes and submerged arc welding flux formulas. It meets AWS A5.1 welding material standards, and is packaged in 25kg moisture-proof paper bags, meeting the packaging requirements of industrial welding raw materials.
It is mainly used in the production of carbon steel welding electrodes, submerged arc welding flux processing, shipbuilding welding, bridge steel structure welding, mechanical parts repair and other scenarios. It can be used as a coating filler to replace part of titanium dioxide materials, improving the stability of the welding process and the quality of weld beads, reducing welding smoke emissions, adapting to the process needs of various welding material production enterprises at home and abroad, and helping enterprises improve the quality and market competitiveness of welding products.
