The ultra-fine acicular structure and high whiteness of this product can improve the compactness and gloss of the coating layer. Its low wear performance can protect the doctor blade of the coating machine and extend the service life of the equipment. At the same time, its appropriate oil absorption can optimize the ink adsorption speed, solving the industry pain points of dot blur and insufficient gloss in high-end paper printing, and reducing the consumption of coating materials by more than 10%, reducing production costs.

Ultra-fine particle size D90 ≤0.010 Millimeters, whiteness ≥91%, ink absorption rate 32s/100ml, pH value 8.0-9.0, moisture content ≤0.2%, low wear to coating doctor blades, suitable for water-based coating systems, no foreign impurity contamination, can improve the gloss of coated paper by ≥7%, reduce coating consumables by ≥10%. The product is packaged in 1-ton ton bags or 25kg moisture-proof paper bags, meeting the raw material standards for food packaging paper.
It is mainly used in the coating processing of copperplate paper, high-end packaging paper boxes, book publishing paper, advertising brochure paper and other paper products. It can be used as a coating pigment to replace part of kaolin and titanium dioxide, improving the printing gloss, ink fixing speed and water resistance of paper products, adapting to the coating production lines of various paper mills, and helping enterprises improve the product competitiveness of high-end paper products.
