Compared with ordinary wollastonite powder, this product has a higher aspect ratio and more uniform particle size distribution, which can form a reinforcing network in the plastic matrix, effectively improving the tensile strength and impact strength of the plastic products. It has low oil absorption, which will not affect the fluidity of the plastic melt, and is compatible with most plastic additives. It complies with EU RoHS environmental protection regulations, and will not produce harmful substances during plastic processing.
The particle size is 1500-3000 mesh, the aspect ratio is not less than 15:1, the purity is ≥97.5%, the oil absorption is 20-25g/100g, the moisture content is ≤0.15%, the heavy metal content is ≤5ppm, and it is packed in 25kg cartons, which can be transported and stored conveniently.
It is mainly used in the production of automotive plastic parts, electronic appliance shells, building plastic profiles and other engineering plastic products. It can replace part of the talcum powder and calcium carbonate filler, improve the dimensional stability of plastic products, and reduce the warpage and deformation of the products during the injection molding process.
