This product has moderate hardness and good wear resistance, which can maintain a stable friction coefficient in a wide temperature range (-40℃ to 350℃). It will not produce harmful dust during processing, and is compatible with most friction material additives. It complies with international automotive parts quality standards, and can meet the strict requirements of automotive OEMs for friction products.
The particle size is 400-800 mesh, the purity is ≥95%, the friction coefficient stability is ±0.03, the wear resistance is 12% higher than the national standard, the moisture content is ≤0.2%, the pH value is 7.5-8.5, the ash content is ≤1.0%, and the heavy metal content is ≤8ppm, packed in 25kg pallets for convenient bulk transportation.
It is mainly used in the production of automotive brake pads, truck brake linings, clutch discs and other friction products. It can replace part of the asbestos and barite fillers, meeting the environmental protection requirements of banning asbestos in automotive parts, and improving the braking safety and service life of automotive parts.
