With acicular crystal structure, the minimum purity is 92.5%, whiteness ≥90%, particle size D90 ≤0.015 Millimeters, oil absorption of 28g/100g, pH value 8.5-9.5, loss on ignition ≤0.5%, moisture content ≤0.2%, heavy metal content ≤10ppm, suitable for water-based, oil-based and powder coating formulas. The product is packaged in 1-ton ton bags or 25kg paper bags, meeting the international transportation and packaging standards for industrial raw materials.
It is mainly used in exterior wall latex paint, industrial anti-corrosion coatings, wood furniture coatings, powder coatings and other fields. It can be used as a functional filler to replace 20%-30% of titanium dioxide, improving the storage stability of coatings, improving the anti-chalking and ultraviolet aging resistance of the coating film, while reducing the overall production cost of coatings, adapting to the formula needs of various coating manufacturers at home and abroad.
