Traditional unmodified wollastonite powder has poor compatibility with resins and is prone to agglomeration. This product uses silane coupling agent surface modification to effectively improve the interfacial bonding force with polyamide, polypropylene and other engineering plastics. Its ultra-fine particle size and acicular structure can form a uniform reinforced network in the plastic matrix, not only improving the bending strength and impact strength of the material, but also greatly reducing the thermal expansion coefficient of the product, solving the industry pain points of large dimensional deformation and insufficient heat resistance of engineering plastic products. It meets food contact safety standards and is suitable for the production of food-grade plastic packaging parts.

Surface modified with silane coupling agent, the minimum purity is 93.0%, median particle size D50 ≤0.005 Millimeters, moisture content ≤0.1%, with excellent compatibility with PA6, PA66, PP, PBT and other resins. It can increase the heat deflection temperature by ≥12℃, improve the bending strength by ≥18%, and reduce the dimensional deformation rate to ≤0.03%. The product is packaged in 25kg moisture-proof paper bags or 1-ton ton bags, meeting the international shipping packaging standards.
It is mainly used in automotive engine peripheral components, electronic and electrical socket shells, food contact plastic containers, industrial machinery injection molded parts and other fields. It can be used as a reinforcing filler to replace part of glass fiber materials, reducing the density of the product while improving the surface finish, adapting to the production needs of various engineering plastic modification factories, and helping customers realize the production of lightweight and high-strength plastic parts.
