Compared with ordinary heavy calcium carbonate, this product has ultra-fine particle size (average 100nm) and high specific surface area, which can form a dense protective layer on the surface of materials, improving the scratch resistance of coatings and nanocomposites by more than 30%. It has excellent dispersion stability, no agglomeration, and can be well dispersed in water-based and solvent-based systems. It has high purity, with heavy metal content far lower than the national standard, meeting the safety requirements of high-end manufacturing products.

The product has an average particle size of 100nm, specific surface area of 30-35 m²/g, and calcium carbonate content of no less than 99.0%. The heavy metal content is ≤1mg/kg, and the moisture content is controlled within 0.1%. The pH value is between 8.2 and 9.2, and it has excellent dispersion stability without agglomeration. It is packed in 10kg moisture-proof aluminum foil bags, which can effectively prevent moisture and contamination during transportation and storage. It fully complies with the ISO 13185-2018 ultrafine inorganic filler standard.
This product is mainly used in high-end architectural coatings, automotive primers, nanoplastic composites, electronic packaging adhesives and other high-end manufacturing fields. It can improve the weather resistance, scratch resistance and adhesion of coatings, improve the mechanical properties of nanocomposites, and meet the high-performance requirements of electronic packaging materials. It is suitable for high-end manufacturing enterprises with strict material requirements.
