This rubber-grade GCC stands out from conventional rubber fillers thanks to its low abrasive properties and optimized particle morphology. Unlike high-hardness conventional GCC that causes serious wear to rubber processing equipment, this product has a low abrasive index, reducing the wear of extruders, mixers and other rubber processing equipment by more than 30% compared to standard GCC. Its irregular particle morphology forms a mechanical interlocking structure with the rubber matrix, improving the reinforcing effect of the filler. Its low oil absorption ensures good compatibility with rubber softeners, reducing the dosage of softeners and improving the processing performance of rubber materials.

This rubber-grade reinforced GCC has the following detailed technical specifications: particle size of 600 mesh with average particle diameter of 22 μm, minimum whiteness of 92%, minimum calcium carbonate content of 98.0%, maximum moisture content of 0.25%, oil absorption of 52 g per 100g of product, bulk density of 0.60 g/cm³, pH value ranging from 8.0 to 9.0, heavy metal content limited to less than 10 ppm, packaged in 50kg woven polypropylene bags or 1000kg industrial pallets, with irregular particle morphology and abrasive index less than 10 mg/kg to minimize equipment wear during rubber processing.
This product is primarily used in rubber product processing industries, including tire tread and sidewall production, rubber hoses, rubber seals, rubber footwear and industrial rubber parts. It is added to the rubber mixing system during rubber processing, evenly dispersed in the rubber matrix to improve the mechanical properties of finished rubber products. It can replace 10-35% of carbon black and other rubber reinforcing fillers in typical rubber formulas, reducing the production cost of rubber enterprises while maintaining or even improving the performance of finished rubber products. It is also suitable for the production of non-black rubber products to improve the whiteness and surface quality of finished products.
