It is processed through fine grading treatment, with uniform and fine particle size, which can form a uniform filling structure in the coating system and improve the hiding power and gloss of coatings. High oil absorption capacity can improve the leveling performance of coatings, avoiding sagging and brush marks on the coating layer. High whiteness can improve the color reduction degree of coatings, and it is treated with environmental-friendly dispersion treatment without sedimentation in the coating system. It has no peculiar smell and no pollution, complying with EU VOC emission standards.
The calcium carbonate purity is no less than 99.2%, whiteness ≥95%, particle size ranges from 1250 mesh to 6000 mesh for optional selection, oil absorption capacity is 22-26 g/100g, moisture content ≤0.1%, pH value is 8.0-9.0, bulk density is 0.7-0.9 g/cm³. It is packaged in 25kg food-grade paper bags or 1-ton pallets, and oil absorption capacity and particle size specifications can be customized according to coating types.
It is mainly used for filling and modification of building exterior wall coatings, interior latex paints, water-based wood coatings, industrial anti-corrosion coatings and other products.
