The product has a narrow particle size distribution and high reinforcing index, which can effectively improve the wear resistance of rubber products by more than 25% and the tensile strength by more than 20%. It has low impurity content and no peculiar smell, which will not affect the performance and appearance of rubber products. It has excellent processing adaptability, and can be well dispersed in rubber compounds without agglomeration, improving the processing efficiency of rubber production.
The product has a D50 particle size of 8μm, reinforcing index of not less than 85%, and calcium carbonate content of no less than 98.5%. The moisture content is controlled within 0.2%, and the pH value is between 8.0 and 9.5. It can improve the wear resistance of rubber products by more than 25% and the tensile strength by more than 20%. It is packed in 25kg kraft paper bags, which is convenient for transportation and mixing in rubber processing. It fully complies with the HG/T 3247-2017 rubber filler standard, and is suitable for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and other rubber types.
This product is mainly used as a reinforcing filler for rubber products such as tire treads, rubber shoe soles, rubber seals, and industrial rubber parts.
