Compared with unactivated heavy calcium carbonate, this product has higher surface activity, which can be well combined with plastic resin particles without agglomeration. It can improve the tensile strength of plastic products by more than 15% and the impact strength by more than 10%, without reducing the overall performance of the materials. The low moisture content will not cause bubble defects during plastic processing, and it is odorless and non-toxic, meeting the ROHS 2.0 environmental protection standard, suitable for food contact plastic products.
The product has a D90 particle size of 15μm, activation degree of not less than 98%, and calcium carbonate content of no less than 98.2%. The moisture content is controlled within 0.15%, and the pH value is between 8.0 and 9.0. The whiteness is ≥95%, and it has excellent compatibility with PP, PE, PVC and other general plastics. It is packed in 25kg plastic woven bags, which is convenient for transportation and feeding in plastic processing production lines. It fully complies with the ROHS 2.0 environmental protection standard, ensuring that it meets the safety requirements of plastic product production.
This product is mainly used in the filling modification of plastic products such as plastic pipes, plastic plates, injection molded products, and wire and cable sheaths.
