The product has a narrow particle size distribution and high whiteness, which can effectively improve the opacity of paper without reducing the tensile strength. Its low wear resistance can protect papermaking equipment from excessive wear, extending the service life of production equipment. The filler retention rate is as high as 90%, reducing the loss of fillers in the pulping process and improving production efficiency. It does not contain chlorine residues, meeting the environmental protection requirements of modern papermaking factories, and will not cause pollution to water sources during production.

The product has a D50 particle size of 2μm, whiteness of not less than 98%, and calcium carbonate content of no less than 98.0%. The ash content is ≤0.5%, and the moisture content is controlled within 0.1%. The pH value is between 8.0 and 9.0, and the wear value is ≤15mg/1000 times. It is packed in 1000kg plastic woven bags with a protective film, which is convenient for transportation and use in large-scale papermaking production lines. It fully complies with the GB/T 19590-2019 papermaking filler standard.
This product is mainly used as a filler and coating material for cultural paper, packaging paper, toilet paper and other paper products. It can be applied to the pulping and coating processes of paper mills, improving the printing gloss and smoothness of paper, making the printed text clearer and more vivid. It is suitable for large-scale industrial papermaking production, helping paper manufacturers reduce production costs and improve product competitiveness.
