This product is made of T700 grade carbon fiber tow, with a specific strength 10 times that of steel anchor rods, which can meet high-load anti-floating requirements under the condition of lightweight weight. The non-magnetic property will not cause electromagnetic interference to underground power pipelines and precision scientific research equipment, making it suitable for anti-floating reinforcement of underground structures in electromagnetic-sensitive occasions. It has no need for additional anti-corrosion treatment, and can maintain stable performance in strong acid, alkali and salt environments for more than 30 years. The prestressed design can actively adjust the anchoring force to adapt to changes in groundwater level, solving the pain point of insufficient anti-floating margin caused by long-term foundation settlement.
The product has optional diameters of 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 24mm and 28mm, with a single length ranging from 3m to 18m. The ultimate tensile strength is not less than 2800MPa, the elastic modulus is between 165 and 175GPa, and the elongation at break is ≥1.8%. The matching special CFRP anchor can adapt to installation torque between 30 and 120N·m, and the designed anchor bearing capacity of each specification is as follows: 12mm model ≥80kN, 28mm model ≥420kN. The product complies with the ASTM D4066 standard, and the supporting steel anchor plate has a thickness of not less than 12mm to ensure stable force transmission.
This product is mainly applicable to the anti-floating reinforcement of underground storage tank foundations in chemical parks, underground basements of coastal high-rise buildings, anti-floating foundations of airport runway aprons, and underground foundation anti-floating reinforcement of scientific research buildings with electromagnetic protection requirements. It can also be used in anti-floating projects of bridge foundations in saline-alkali areas, avoiding the problem of steel anchor rod corrosion failure in harsh environments.
