The core advantage of this product is its countercurrent double paddle stirring design, which can prolong the residence time of dust materials in the humidifier, ensuring full mixing of water and dust. The optional 304 stainless steel main body is suitable for handling corrosive dust materials such as fly ash and slag powder. The timing adjustment control mode can flexibly adjust the humidification degree according to the actual dust concentration, and the sealed design can effectively avoid water leakage and dust overflow. Compared with single shaft humidifiers, its processing capacity is doubled, and the humidification effect is more stable.
The double shaft twin paddle dust humidifier has an overall size of 3500mm in length, 1200mm in width and 1500mm in height, with a net weight of 1500 kg. It is equipped with two 7.5 kW three-phase asynchronous motors, supporting a processing air volume of 3000-6000 cubic meters per hour, and can handle dust materials with particle size not exceeding 10mm. The paddle spacing is 120mm, and the discharge pipe specification is Φ450mm. It adopts a standard 380V/50Hz power supply, and is equipped with a complete water supply and control system, including a pressure regulating valve and a flow meter to accurately control the water addition amount.
This equipment is mainly applicable to large-scale industrial production scenarios such as large cement plants, thermal power plant fly ash handling systems, metallurgical ore processing lines, and bulk material transfer stations. It can be installed in the ash discharge port, material transfer chute or finished product warehouse to humidify dust materials before they are transported or stacked, effectively reducing dust flying and improving on-site air quality. It is also suitable for matching with large-scale bag-type dust removal systems and electrostatic precipitators, forming a complete dust treatment solution for large industrial parks.
