The touch screen control system supports real-time adjustment of processing capacity, water supply flow and other parameters, which is simple and easy to operate. The equipment is also equipped with a fault alarm function, which can alarm in time when the equipment fails, reducing the downtime of the production line.
The main body is made of high-chromium cast iron with a thickness of 10mm, ensuring excellent wear resistance and structural strength. The overall dimensions are 3800*1300*1900mm, with a net weight of 4.1 tons, suitable for fixed-site installation in metallurgical plants. The main motor power is 18.5kW, with a protection grade of IP55, suitable for the harsh environment of metallurgical plants. The twin-screw diameter is 300mm, with a conveying distance of 3.5m, which can meet the conveying needs of most metallurgical production lines. The water supply system is equipped with 6 spray nozzles, which can achieve uniform water distribution. The touch screen control system supports data storage and remote monitoring, which can be integrated with the factory's central control system. The applicable ore powder particle size ranges from 0.075mm to 3mm, suitable for most metallurgical ore powder materials.
