The equipment adopts a 7.5KW three-phase asynchronous motor with stable output power and long service life. The overall size is 3200*1200*1800 millimeters, suitable for installation in standard industrial workshops with reserved installation space. The water supply system is equipped with a precision flow regulating valve, which can accurately control the water addition amount within the range of 5%-20% of the dust mass. The equipment is equipped with a dust leakage-proof sealing device at the feeding and discharging ports, effectively preventing dust from overflowing during the treatment process. The supporting base is welded with thickened section steel to ensure stable operation without obvious vibration during high-load work.
