The composite sealing structure balances the sealing effect and maintenance convenience. The body uses Q235 carbon steel with wear-resistant liners, balancing cost and durability, and reserves expansion interfaces to access the intelligent factory management system.
The standard module length is 1200mm, and 2-4 modules can be spliced to achieve a treatment capacity of 3-8 tons per hour. The motor power is 3.7kW, the power supply voltage is 380V 50Hz, the single module size is 1200*650*900mm, the net weight is 1.8 tons (single module), the water supply pressure is 0.2-0.4MPa, the water spraying accuracy is ±3%, the stirring speed is 25r/min, the applicable dust particle size is 0.01-6mm, the equipment protection grade is IP55, the wear-resistant liner thickness is 10mm, the blade replacement time is ≤30 minutes per group, and customized sizes and treatment capacity are supported.
It is mainly used in cement production workshops, fly ash recycling plants, dust removal systems of thermal power plants and other scenarios, to treat powdery materials such as cement dust and fly ash generated in the production links. The humidified materials are directly sent to storage or transportation links, avoiding dust pollution. The modular design can adapt to production sites of different sizes, flexibly adjust the treatment scale, and reduce the equipment procurement and maintenance costs of enterprises.
