The processing capacity ranges from 2 to 4 tons per hour, with humidification method combining spray and single-shaft stirring. The body is made of Q235 carbon steel with spray anti-corrosion coating. The main motor power is 2.2kW, supporting dual voltage switching (220V/380V). The agitator rotation speed is 25r/min. The water supply pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.4MPa. The overall dimensions are 2800mm in length, 1000mm in width and 1600mm in height, with a net weight of 450kg. The applicable dust particle size range is 50-300 mesh, with protection grade IP55. The discharge is controlled by a manual adjustable discharge chute, and it is equipped with standard portable water supply hoses and power extension cords, with optional mobile water tank integrated device.
It is mainly suitable for mobile operation scenarios such as construction sites, small quarries, road construction sites and temporary mine operation areas. It is used for humidifying and curing cement dust, sand and stone dust, slag dust and other dust generated during construction. It can be quickly deployed at the operation points with serious dust raising, reducing the dust concentration in the construction area and meeting the site environmental protection inspection requirements. It can also be used for dust suppression treatment in temporary material storage areas.
