It also has a self-checking function for the water supply system, which can alarm in time when the water supply is abnormal, avoiding the problem of insufficient humidification or excessive water.
The main body is made of 316L stainless steel with a thickness of 6mm, and the surface is coated with anti-static coating, which has a surface resistance of 10^6-10^9 ohms, effectively eliminating static electricity. The overall dimensions are 2800*1100*1600mm, with a net weight of 2.9 tons, suitable for fixed-site installation in wood processing workshops. The main motor power is 7.5kW, with an explosion-proof grade of Ex d IIB T4, suitable for flammable and explosive dust environments. The water supply system is equipped with 4 explosion-proof spray nozzles, which can achieve uniform water distribution. The control system supports remote monitoring and fault alarm, and can realize fully automatic operation. The applicable dust particle size ranges from 0.01mm to 1mm, suitable for wood dust and sawdust generated by conventional wood processing enterprises.
