Its core advantage lies in the full set of explosion-proof certified components, including explosion-proof motors, explosion-proof junction boxes and explosion-proof temperature control devices, meeting ATEX explosion-proof standards. It adopts a low-pressure spray humidification system, with the spray pressure controlled within 0.3MPa to avoid high-voltage static electricity ignition sources. It is equipped with a fully enclosed dust isolation structure, effectively preventing dust leakage and static electricity accumulation. The pneumatic discharge door can realize remote control of discharge, avoiding static electricity risks caused by manual operation. It solves the potential safety hazards in the treatment of flammable and explosive dust, while achieving efficient and uniform humidification effect, meeting the safety compliance requirements of high-risk industrial scenarios.
The processing capacity ranges from 5 to 8 tons per hour, with humidification method combining low-pressure spray and single-shaft slow stirring. The body is made of carbon steel with anti-explosion anti-corrosion coating, and the wetted parts are made of 304 stainless steel. The main motor is a 4kW explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, with an agitator rotation speed of 15r/min. The water supply pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.3MPa. The overall dimensions are 4000mm in length, 1500mm in width and 2000mm in height, with a net weight of 1200kg. The applicable dust particle size range is 20-600 mesh, with explosion-proof power distribution system of 380V 50Hz and protection grade IP68. The discharge is controlled by a pneumatic sluice valve, and it is equipped with standard explosion-proof temperature sensing monitoring and static grounding devices, with optional dust concentration alarm system.
It is mainly suitable for high-risk scenarios such as underground coal mine dust treatment, firework production workshops, flammable and explosive dust storage warehouses in chemical industry and coal washing plants. It is used for humidifying and curing coal mine dust, explosive powder, flammable and explosive chemical powders and other hazardous dust, and can be used in conjunction with mine dust collection systems. The collected dust can be safely transported or landfilled after humidification, effectively reducing the safety risks of spontaneous combustion and explosion, and meeting national explosion-proof safety and environmental protection emission requirements.
