The built-in dust concentration sensor can accurately detect the dust concentration at the working site, and adjust the humidification intensity accordingly. The remote monitoring function allows operators to monitor the working status of the equipment in real time through the mobile terminal or computer, reducing the need for on-site inspection. The 304 stainless steel main body has strong corrosion resistance, suitable for handling various types of dust materials.
The fully automatic PLC controlled dust humidifier has an overall size of 4500mm in length, 1500mm in width and 1800mm in height, with a net weight of 2800 kg. It is equipped with two 11 kW three-phase asynchronous motors, supporting a processing air volume of 4000-8000 cubic meters per hour, and can handle dust materials with particle size not exceeding 15mm. It is equipped with built-in dust concentration sensor and water flow sensor, and the PLC control system can realize automatic adjustment of water addition amount and stirring speed. It adopts a standard 380V/50Hz power supply, and is equipped with a remote monitoring interface for real-time monitoring of equipment working status.
