Its core advantages include food-grade 304 stainless steel integrated welded body with no sanitary dead corners, meeting the dust-free environment requirements of laboratories. It is equipped with a variable-frequency adjustable spray humidification system that automatically adjusts water spray volume based on the initial humidity of the powder, avoiding over-humidification or uneven humidification. The sealed agitator shaft effectively prevents dust leakage and reduces operating noise. The body is equipped with a visual humidity monitoring panel that can display real-time powder humidity data, supporting one-button start-stop and timing operation functions. It solves the pain points of large manual errors and low efficiency of traditional laboratory humidification methods, adapting to the humidification treatment of various inorganic and organic powder samples.
The processing capacity ranges from 50 to 100 kg per hour, with humidification method combining high-pressure spray and forced stirring. The body is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm. The main motor power is 0.75kW, and the agitator rotation speed is adjustable between 20-30r/min. The water supply pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.4MPa. The overall dimensions are 1200mm in length, 600mm in width and 800mm in height, with a net weight of 120kg. The applicable dust particle size range is 10-200 mesh, with power supply of 220V 50Hz and protection grade IP54. The discharge is controlled by a manual sluice valve, and it is equipped with a standard humidification water flow regulating valve.
It is mainly suitable for scenarios such as university material science laboratories, powder R&D start-ups and pharmaceutical R&D laboratories. It can be used for humidifying treatment of small-volume inorganic powders, organic pharmaceutical powders, ceramic raw material powders and other samples, serving as a sample pretreatment equipment before experimental analysis, and can also be used for humidity adjustment before small-batch humidification packaging of powder samples, supporting linkage with small powder testing equipment.
