The core technical highlights of this product is the anti-stick ceramic coating on the inner wall, which reduces the adhesion of lime powder by 90% compared with traditional carbon steel humidifiers, avoiding frequent shutdown and cleaning. The automatic water level control system can adjust the water addition amount in real time according to the humidity of the dust materials, ensuring that the humidified lime powder has a suitable water content for subsequent use without excessive moisture. The sealed design effectively avoids the leakage of alkaline dust and water, reducing environmental pollution and equipment corrosion. It also has a self-cleaning nozzle design to avoid blockage caused by lime powder scale.
The lime powder special dust humidifier has an overall size of 2800mm in length, 1000mm in width and 1300mm in height, with a net weight of 1200 kg. It is equipped with a 5.5 kW three-phase asynchronous motor, supporting a processing air volume of 2000-4000 cubic meters per hour, and can handle lime powder with particle size not exceeding 3mm. The inner wall of the main body is coated with 2mm thick anti-stick ceramic coating, and the discharge pipe specification is Φ350mm. It adopts a standard 380V/50Hz power supply, and is equipped with a water level sensor and a proportional valve to automatically control the water addition amount.
This equipment is mainly applicable to scenarios where alkaline corrosive dust materials are processed, such as lime kiln tailings treatment, flue gas desulfurization agent preparation, building material gypsum production lines, and chemical alkaline raw material handling. It can be installed at the feeding port of lime powder silos, the discharge port of lime kilns, or the preparation tank of desulfurization agents to humidify lime powder before it is transported or used, effectively solving the problem of material caking and blockage during the handling process. It also meets the special requirements for corrosion resistance of alkaline dust materials, prolonging the service life of the equipment.
