The biggest feature of this machine is its CNC automatic feeding system, which can accurately control the cutting depth, feeding speed and stroke, eliminating the error caused by manual operation. The closed circulating water cooling system can collect and filter cutting scraps, avoiding environmental pollution caused by splash. It is equipped with a dust removal device to collect the dust generated during cutting, meeting the national industrial dust emission standards. The programmable memory function can store the cutting parameters of different samples, which solves the pain point of inconsistent sample preparation quality caused by manual operation differences in mass production.

The overall dimensions are 1500mm × 1200mm × 1600mm, the maximum cutting thickness is 150mm, the CNC feeding accuracy is ±0.01mm, the noise during operation is less than 80dB, and the cutting disc is made of diamond sintered material with a thickness of 3.2mm. The control system adopts a 7-inch touch screen, which can display real-time cutting parameters such as speed, feeding speed and remaining cutting time. It is equipped with an emergency stop button and a protective cover to ensure the safety of operators.
It is mainly used in large-scale metallurgical enterprises, automobile manufacturing quality control departments, steel structure processing plants and aerospace material testing centers. Typical application scenarios include cutting large metal castings, thick steel plates, automobile engine parts and aerospace alloy samples, realizing mass and high-consistency sample preparation.
