It adopts a closed-loop water mist cooling system that sprays high-pressure atomized water directly to the cutting area, which not only achieves efficient cooling but also helps minimize a large amount of waste liquid. It is equipped with a HEPA high-efficiency filter dust collection system that can filter 99.97% of cutting debris above 0.3μm, effectively mitigating the problem of flying cutting dust. The built-in sedimentation waste water tank can precipitate and filter cooling water for cyclic use, helping reduce water resource waste and waste liquid discharge. The fully enclosed protection structure keeps all operating areas in a sealed state to help ensure the health and safety of operators. It is equipped with a pneumatic automatic clamping system that can quickly fix samples and improve clamping efficiency, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.01mm.

The whole machine has dimensions of 1000mm×800mm×900mm and a net weight of 280kg. It is equipped with a 300mm diamond cutting disc as standard, with a maximum cutting section of 180mm×120mm. The working speed is steplessly adjusted in the range of 500-2500rpm. The power supply is 220V 50/60Hz general specifications with a rated power of 2.2kW. The workbench is equipped with a scale ruler and linear guide rail, with an automatic feeding accuracy of 0.01mm. It is equipped with a 7-inch touch operation panel that can monitor the cooling water pressure, waste water sedimentation status and dust collector operation status in real time. The built-in sedimentation waste water tank has a capacity of 20L, which can automatically discharge the precipitated clean water for cyclic use. It is equipped with a detachable HEPA filter that is easy to replace and has low maintenance costs.
